It is for emergency use only! Always do your best on every test so that you’re covered in an emergency.

Students earn points each day they are in class, on time, prepared, participate and follow class rules.
Anything not addressed in this disclosure will be handled on an individual basis.
In this class, you will be expected to take advantage of the Late Start schedule. The ways we will use the time in the morning are as follows:
Cell Phone Policy: Each student needs to understand that cell phone use during class is not allowed at any time unless permission is given by the teacher to use for special circumstances. This includes making calls, receiving calls, any type of text messaging, picture taking, etc. It is expected that cell phones will be turned off (not just on vibrate) and put away during class time. If a student violates this policy they will be asked to give up their cell phone to the teacher for the remainder of class for the first offense, and if a second offense occurs the cell phone will be confiscated and given to an administrator. iPods, MP3 players, etc. are permitted while a student is working on his/her assignment as long as it does not disrupt the classroom. Otherwise the result in the same actions as described above.
NOTE TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Teachers will keep the information on Skyward as current as possible, so you can keep an eye on your student’s progress and grade. Please review your student’s grades and attendance periodically through the Jordan High School website.
